Juan Negroni The Job Stress Coach Is It Your Job...Or...Is It You?
Since his own job stress triggered a quadruple heart by-pass operation followed by a heart attack in
1997, Juan Negroni has traveled more than 500,000 miles as a Consultant, Executive Coach and
Speaker. His focus has been on helping companies enhance organizational effectiveness,
individual performance and the bottom line.
He does the above primarily by working with organizations to eliminate systemic stress from
their practices, policies and procedures. His tandem support includes assisting leaders to
cultivate their abilities to manage change, conflict and stress. The end result is more effective
leadership and reshaped organizations performing at much higher levels.
Clients have benefited from Juan's diverse background. This encompasses more than 25 years as a
successful international corporate executive in finance, hospitality, healthcare and manufacturing
in union and non-union environments. Moreover, his multicultural perspective and fluency in Spanish
have enabled him to bring about win-win situations in a cross section of consulting engagements.
Juan has also developed and directed business programs worldwide for The Conference Board. He has
appeared on the CBS's Public Eye telecast on business intuition and served as a panelist on the
Working Today forum that presidential candidate Bill Bradley chaired.
His broad communications skills cover facilitating, presenting and speechwriting. He has helped
executives hone their speaking skills and develop their personal branding stories to inspire others. Among his writing credits are business bylines, book reviews and a monthly wine column. At New York University he won its fiction award for 301 for Easter, a short story about life in New York City's Spanish Harlem where he grew up. As a speaker his keynoters include There is No Profit in Stressed Out Employees.

Public service contributions range from mentoring inner city 5th and 6th
graders to implementing as his community's School Board President the Harvard Law School collective
bargaining model. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis College with
subsequent studies at New York University and Harvard Law School.
Born in Cuba he is bilingual. One of his first life disappointments goes back to a New York
citywide high school Spanish exam when he came in second to the winner...a non-Latino sophomore.
